Compost Deliveries Have Begun
It may look dreary outside, but nothing can bring down our excitement: it's compost season! With bulk deliveries beginning this week, now is the time to order your big ole pile of compost and get your garden soil prepped for summer.
Our compost is:
Approved for organic use by MOFGA
Made from Maine food scraps, manures, and debarkings
Free of peat and other fillers
Order by the truckload and share with your neighbors or friends (or not) to make sure your gardens thrive this season!
Note: Starting in 2026, bulk deliveries now have a minimum order quantity of 2 yards.
Have questions about our compost or composting process? Send us an email!

Let's Talk Climate, Camden
Next Thursday, April 9th at 6:30 p.m., we'll join Joelle Albury from Erikson Fields / Aldemere Farm and CamdenCAN to chat sustainability, gardening, and beyond. Swing by the Camden Public Library (or Zoom in) to get some outdoor inspiration for the season!
Composter Shout-Out: Treats

We've been composting at Treats in Wiscasset since 2023 and are very excited to help in welcoming the new owners of this community staple!
Emily and Joe will continue to provide delicious baked goods and coffee at the bakery, and are also ushering in some awesome new elements, including more lunch options, a cheese counter, and a wine bar??!
Check out what they're working on and consider supporting them in their new endeavors! Composters helping composters, right?
Do you operate a kitchen or restaurant that isn't composting yet, and could use a hand in reducing its waste? Get in touch with us!
