Come to Compost Giveback Day!
Mark your calendars (if you haven't already) for our inaugural Compost Giveback Day on Saturday, April 25th from 9:00 am–3:00 pm. Customers are invited to visit our compost pad at 72 Jefferson Road in Washington, Maine and use their own vehicle to collect their compost allotment and any additional compost (for purchase), in sacks or in bulk!
The ScrapDogs team will be on site to help load compost, sell extra compost and other goodies, and give casual tours of the facility.
Please RSVP to help us get a sense of how many folks to expect!
Have questions about our compost or composting process? Send us an email!

Let's Talk Climate, Camden
Tomorrow, April 9th at 6:30 p.m., we'll join Joelle Albury from Erikson Fields / Aldemere Farm and CamdenCAN to chat sustainability, gardening, and beyond. Swing by the Camden Public Library (or Zoom in) to get some outdoor inspiration for the season!
Composter Shout-Out: First Congregational Church of Camden

Did you know that even churches can compost? We were excited to welcome the First Congregational Church in Camden as new composters early this year! Their congregation has been diligently collecting food scraps from their kitchen to be picked up every week.
Every little bit matters, and we're grateful to have First Congregational in our community!
Do you operate a kitchen or restaurant that isn't composting yet, and could use a hand in reducing its waste? Get in touch with us!
